Extremely friendly and very helpful with anything I need done. They made it really easy to get a loan.
If you want to call anyone, you get some major call directory and it take forever to here anything. Even if all you wanted to know is how the holidays are affecting the hours (which they don't include in they're office hours on this directory). They have also screwed up our loan bills multiple times. Never missed a payment, but they think we do it all the time and I constantly have to Take my dad up there to figure it all out because the place he bought his truck from didn't let him get his loan from his own bank and only allowed this one. I could go on about how often they manage to inconvenience us and piss us off, but the list rather long.
