The Cass City Tendercare facility is friendly, professional and caring. My grandmother was a patient that rehabilitated in this facility. She was treated with respect and tender loving care, the staff treated her like their own family. I read the other comment posted, all I can say is that is not at what I or my family ever saw. The place was clean and had a home like feel. I don't think my grandmother would be back in her home without the nurses and therapist that encouraged her.
