I thought Caro hospital was bad enough, but the ER here is very slow. The staff there is rude. My wife took my step daughter there cause Caro is bad, and has been there 4 hrs now. Then instead of telling them why so slow they just sit around and talk instead of work when the results of her x-rays are there waiting. At least Caro keeps u informed better and staff is not so rude. Both are very slow, but one treats u as a human while the other as just gum under your desk. Like it will go away soon.....

Terribly slow. They had called to make my surgery a half an hour earlier than originally planned, and I STILL sat in a bed for over 2 hours with zero other patients around. Overheard doctor communicating with nurses and felt rather unsettled about whose care I would be in for my operation.
Broke my foot , went into ER in lots of pain . The nurse was quick to get pain Shot oked by Dr . Within 20min of being there my pain level went from a 10 to a 5 . Then Dr j kreiner came soon after to order x rays . The x ray tech was great and careful with foot . During all this the nurse was very concerned with my comfort . Found out foot was broke so they ordered scans . The Dr talked on my level explaining issues , then gave me a shot and sent me home .. the best was DR KREINER called the next morning to follow up . Then when family physician was slacking he went a step further to help me find my orthopedic surgeon . Great Dr great nurse and staff . Made my terrible day not so terrible . Thanks Dr kreiner and nurse who's name I forgot
My husband's face swell up and was in extreme pain. We get to the hospital and there's not even 1 patient but we sat for a hour and half and no doctor! The lady forgot to call the other hospital about getting information and we hear she is about to call 45 minutes after waiting again! This place is not capable of helping people in a timely fashion! Its a joke! Id rather drive hours away then ever come here again!
